Harvey the greyhound gets a new home from the rescue centre

He had been a stray for around 6 months before being taken in by the Local Noahs Arc animal charity. He was in a bad way, very thin and full of ticks and fleas. He was dehydrated and had cigarette burns to his rear quarters and also a burn to his skull! This dog is one of those that captures your heart as soon as you meet him ...

We rescued an Italian Greyhound, and these sighthounds have so much love to give. This video brought tears to my eyes. What a lovely story. You can see how he’s come on.
We adopted a grey from the Arizona track that gave blood for 18 mons. He is the most wonderful gift from God. We thank you for sharing your wonderful story and hope that yo have many years with this blessed creature. We thank God everyday for our Grey! BEST!

That’s great, I also adopted a dog that was mistreated and abandoned. she was 6 when I got her. 10 today. And she’s such a great pet ! I take her everywhere with me, walk 2 times a day in the woods. Feels so good to see her happy at last
I’ve bought pets before but since I’ve adopted her.. Never again.. There are so many good dogs in rescue centers. Bravo to you !

Stories like this help me keep faith in humanity. My dog was extremely skittish and shy when I got him, but boy did his personality come out when it did.

i have two greys.. there is no other breed like them… i love to see the videos of how they go from being so shy to just fitting right in… they’re awesome.

What a really good video. I love Greyhounds but my two rescue dogs found me and are as far from Greyhounds as can be. Still maybe one day. Thank you for sharing
