Author: This is the trip in County Offaly to Portumna in County Galway where Pro Animale's Greyhound Sanctuary, Avalon Greyhound Rescue, is located on a large compound. There were 69 Greys there last time I visited. Thousands of Greyhounds are needlessly put to death each year. Your local shelters are grateful for any assistance you may provide. Thank you.

aw,look at them all wagging their tails so happy to see you. My latest resuce dog used to race at Galway stadium,he somehow made his way over to nothern England and was found as a stray in carlisle.
